Each participant must submit a Medical Information Form and a Release and Waiver of Liability form signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation (including copy of insurance card).  A form link will be sent with your confirmation email. For camp participants paying upon arrival, please obtain a form online and bring it with you or bring your insurance information with you to registration. All participants must have individual medical coverage to participate.

In the event of bad weather, safety of campers and camp staff will be our first priority. If necessary, we will use our indoor hitting facility located near SLU Baseball right field.  If we are unable to continue, we will cancel our session. We are unable to offer refunds or makeup dates due to weather cancellations.
